Our Journey

Rutile Black Investment Group was incorporated with the CIPC of South Africa in 2020. From the outset, our mission has been to unlock long-term value through inclusive urban development and sustainable communities, while enabling private individuals to participate in stable investment opportunities.

We began by focusing on commercial property for affordable housing, later expanding into petrol stations, consumer franchises, and private credit solutions. Today, Rutile Black stands as a diversified investment holding company, balancing growth with responsibility and ensuring that every project contributes to South Africa’s economic empowerment.
